Answer: We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

Answer: We will replace merchandise that is determined to be damaged, or for any errors made in shipping.

Answer: Product will ship same business day if order is placed by 1:00pm EST. Mon-Fri. If products are out of stock or are discontinued customer will be notified and all payments returned the same business day.
